Videos are great. Really clear, easy to follow, encouraging, supportive and uplifting  Octavia was recommended to me when I was looking for some advice on exercising during pregnancy. From the outset, I know that I had stumbled across a true gem. Octavia supported me in such a nurturing way throughout my first pregnancy. She taught me how to move in a way that protected my changing body and encouraged and challenged me in a way I never knew was possible.
