This is a 30 minute upper body and core work out for pregnancy or later post natal rehab.
This is technically a program I do with my pregnant mothers bit there is no reason why you can't do it when postnatal after having completed your foundations of rehabilitation . See Phase 1 Postnatal rehab
We focus on some lovely upper body exercises, working through posture, mobility and loading with light weights.
Training in standing forward by four point kneeling then sitting. All finished off with a lovely stretch.
